Acer Intorduces Aspire S3-392, S7-392, Iconia W3 at Computex 2013

Acer Iconia W3, which has been leaked out since April this year, finally announced officially by Acer. It's the first 8.0-inch tablet to run Windows 8 operating system. With a thickness of 0.45-inch, the slate weighs 1.1 pounds. It's powered by Intel Atom Z2760 processor. Iconia W3 packs an 8.0-inch 1280 x 800. The internal storage is 32 or 64 GB. There are two cameras, both are 2.0 MP. It also features a microHDMI port, microUSB ports, and microSD card supporting up to 32 GB. The Iconia W3 comes with Microsoft Office pre-installed. The official image shows that the tablet is docked with a keyboard, may be it will sold as an optional feature. Priced at $379, Acer combines productivity and portability in an affordable device. It will go on sale in US starting from June 4th.


Acer Apsire S3-392 is a 13.3-inch Full HD 1080p Ultrabook with similar design to the last year's Aspire S7. The Ultrabook comes with NVIDIA GeForce GT735M graphics card and optional 1 TB HDD. Of course, it's powered by 4th generation Intel Core processor code named Haswell. With full aluminum body, it weighs 3.6 pounds (1.65 kg) and measures at 0.7-inch (17.8 mm) thick. It also supports fast sub-one-second wake-from-sleep mode.

Acer Aspire S7-392 like Aspire S3-392 is powered by Intel Haswell processor too. With the new CPU, Acer claims the notebook to have 33% more battery life. There is an optional 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution display like the on on Toshiba KIRABook.

Acer also announce the Z3 All-in-on PC with harman/kardon speakers, 1080p Full HD display. It's unclear what Intel processor inside. The AIO is scheduled to be available on June 13th, 2013.

The first Acer phablet is also announced at Computex, It's the Acer Liquid S1, which features a 5.5-inch HD display, quad-core MediaTek chip at 1.5 GHz, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
