Asus Transformer Book V is the world's first five-mode laptop. It consists of three devices and two operating systems. The first mode is Android phone with 5.0-inch IPS HD touch display. It's powered by Intel Atom quad-core processor and 2 GB of system memory ad supports up to 64 GB eMMC. An 8 megapixels is on the back of the smartphone and another camera with 2 MP resolution is on the front. A 2500 mAh battery is inside the phone. The Android version is 4.4 KitKat with Asus Zen UI.
The phone can be inserted into slot on the slate which has a 12.5-inch IPS touch display to transform it into an Android tablet. Inside the tablet there's a more powerful processor, a next generation Intel Core processor with integrated HD Graphics. For storage, it comes with up to 128 GB eMMC and 1 TB HDD. It also has 4 GB built-in memory. An HD webcam is above the screen. The slate battery is 2-cell 28Wh.
A keyboard can be attached to the slate, so it becomes a laptop with Android or Windows operating system. Therefore, the five modes supported are Android phone, Android tablet, Android laptop, Windows tablet, and Windows laptop.
