Gigabyte Q1700C is an affordable laptop with big screen. It comes with a 17.3-inch LCD with HD+ resolution and Intel Celeron processor 1037U with NM70 Express chipset. HDD capacity ranges from 320GB to 750GB. It's equipped with 2GB or 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM and upgradable to 8GB.

Unfortunately this Gigabyte laptop is very thick. The thickness is 40.5mm, while the weight is 2.9 kg with standard 6 cells battery. Therefore you can't bring it anywhere comfortably. The big laptop has three USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port, a D-Sub port, a DC-in jack, an earphone-out jack, a headphone-out jack, and an RJ45 port. Of course there's a place for Super Multi DVD RW.
