Just purchase the Toshiba S75-A7221 at Costco. The image from the webcam is terrible, grainy (noisy) and not crisp. After spending worthless time with tech support I returned it and bought another one at Costco. I have the exact same issue, Toshiba promised me a call back from 2nd level tech support which never came. Too bad that I have to return this one too since this is a lot of computer for the money.
ReplyDeleteI've experienced very poor service from Costco support. They basically open up users manual and are learning how to trouble shoot with you on the phone. A complete waste of time. Toshiba support is equally poor. As a result, I'm taking mine back too. Any recommendations on what to get that has similar specs for the price?
