Dell Latitude 3540 is an affordable laptop for small business. This laptop comes with a 15.6-inch display, HD or FHD with anti-glare technology or optional HD touchscreen with Truelife technology. Processor inside Latitude 3540 is one of Intel Core i3–4010U, Core i5–4200U, Core i5–4300U, or i7-4500U*. If you don't like the integrated Intel HD 4400, you can choose optional AMD Radeon HD 8850M. That will boost Boost performance for graphics-intensive applications. Using DDR3L technology, maximum system memory is 8 GB. For storing system and your own files, it has an HDD with capacity of as low as 320 GB up to 1 TB.

The business laptop combines durable chassis, stylish design, and lightweight. A Tray Load 8X DVD+/-RW lets you read and burn CD/DVD anywhere. There are an RJ-45 port, two USB 3.0 ports, a USB 2.0 port, a VGA port, a headphone/microphone combo jack, and an optional USB docking. 4-in-1 memory card reader is included for SD, SDHC, MS, and MS Pro cards.
